I have a service contract to have my hot water heater, ACs and heating system checked out annually. Today was my day. I received a call this morning saying that my technician had completed his previous job early and wanted to know if it was alright if he came by early to do mine. I was both surprised and incredibly appreciative for this call. How often does any company come early? And instead of just showing up, confirming that I would be available and that the time worked for me? I found that to be extremely considerate, which is very appreciated by someone who has two young kids and works from home. Kurtis was the technician and I couldn’t recommend anyone more highly. He previously replaced the pilot light in my fireplace his expertise was obvious. He was just as knowledgeable about all of my systems. He did a thorough review and shared his findings with me. Overall, absolutely fantastic service from Wilcox!

Wilcox Energy in Westbrook CT installed a new boiler. Jared and his crew was well organized. The piping and circulators looks like a work of art after they installed it. They went above and beyond to ensure the install was done correctly. Very thorough and completed the job faster than I anticipated. They went over the system with me after the install. They fixed the wiring on one of my air handlers from my previous installer. Wilcox will have all of my business for heating and cooling!

They sent someone right over, repaired the boiler with no drama, and had us cozy by noon. We’ve never looked back. We own multiple properties on the shoreline Wilcox has been keeping us warm in the winter cool in the summer. They automatically deliver our oil and propane, and handle our annual boiler services and AC tune ups. They installed a new Mitsubishi Mini split this morning and things couldn’t have gone smoother. The transition from our old oil furnace to propane was surprisingly easy and the crew from Wilcox was very co-ordinated. Everything including the time it would take and details of the work were explained to us and it was all followed exactly. The staff was very very efficient and respectful and there were no surprises, our heat and hot water were ready to go as promised.
We also got follow up instructions clearly and so far are very happy with the results.
Wilcox took good care of my parents in Westbrook for years which is why we started to investigate a new heating system with them.
Their representatives were not pushy and were honest right away about pricing and any alternatives.
Their contract proposal was clear and there were no changes or delays, there was very good communication from them, and it was easy for us.
