I received a call this morning saying that my technician had completed his previous job early and wanted to know if it was alright if he came by early to do mine. If you are looking for a new energy company or considering a minisplit look no further - you’ll thank me. A friend recommended Wilcox 10 years ago when we woke up to no heat on a cold winter morning. They sent someone right over, repaired the boiler with no drama, and had us cozy by noon. We’ve never looked back. We own multiple properties on the shoreline Wilcox has been keeping us warm in the winter cool in the summer. They automatically deliver our oil and propane, and handle our annual boiler services and AC tune ups. They installed a new Mitsubishi Mini split this morning and things couldn’t have gone smoother. The transition from our old oil furnace to propane was surprisingly easy and the crew from Wilcox was very co-ordinated. Everything including the time it would take and details of the work were explained to us and it was all followed exactly. The staff was very very efficient and respectful and there were no surprises, our heat and hot water were ready to go as promised.
We also got follow up instructions clearly and so far are very happy with the results.
Wilcox took good care of my parents in Westbrook for years which is why we started to investigate a new heating system with them.
Their representatives were not pushy and were honest right away about pricing and any alternatives.
Their contract proposal was clear and there were no changes or delays, there was very good communication from them, and it was easy for us.
