Right from the start Wilcox and John C. were great. John C. and his team knew exactly what to do to get a complicated installation off to a good start and every step was handled professionally competently and efficiently. John and all of his team were friendly and kind. They spent appropriate time explaining the process and even spent time to get to know our dog so she would stay calm. We are also very pleased with the new system and compliment the sales team who patiently had gone over things several times with us to be sure we understood the proposal. Thank you all at Wilcox.
